1.3 Information from Integrations
When you connect Slack, we request the following permissions:
- • channels:read, groups:read - View channel/group names to let you select which to monitor
- • channels:history, groups:history - Read messages from channels you authorize for analysis
- • users:read, users:read.email - Identify message authors (for context, not stored)
- • chat:write, im:write - Send analysis reports back to Slack
- • commands - Enable slash commands for quick actions
We only access channels you explicitly authorize. Messages are processed for analysis and not stored permanently.
1.4 Google Limited Use Policy
FeedPulse AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, necessary for security purposes (investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or for internal operations (aggregated and anonymized).
We do not use this data for serving advertisements.

We use SendGrid's Inbound Parse Webhook to process emails you forward to our analysis inbox. We do not use this for outbound marketing or transactional emails.
We integrate with Slack to send you analysis reports, notifications, and to fetch messages from authorized channels (only with your explicit permission).
