Please read these terms carefully before using our service. They govern your use of the FeedPulse AI platform and services.
By accessing or using FeedPulse AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you differ with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and FeedPulse AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that:

- EligibilityYou are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts.
- AuthorityIf you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
FeedPulse AI is an AI-powered feedback analytics platform that allows users to:
- Aggregate customer feedback from various sources (Google Forms, Typeform, Slack, Email Forwarding, Zapier, Webhooks, CSV/Excel uploads)
- Analyze feedback using our proprietary AI pipeline (theme extraction, sentiment analysis, driver identification)
- Generate client-ready reports (PowerPoint, PDF, enhanced Excel exports)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Your Responsibilities:
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content and Data
4.1Ownership
You retain written ownership of all data, files, and information that you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership rights over your User Content.
4.2License to FeedPulse AI
By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., generating analytics and insights for you).
4.3Data Privacy
Our use of your User Content is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Important: We do NOT use your uploaded feedback data to train AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide analysis and insights to you.
4.4API Terms Compliance
By using our integrations (Google Forms, Slack, etc.), you agree to be bound by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. For example:

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
Illegal Acts
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Harmful Content
Upload malware, viruses, or any content that disrupts the Service.
Reverse Engineering
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's source code.
Sensitive PII
Upload sensitive personal data (e.g., SSNs, health data) without necessity.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos), proprietary content, information and other materials, are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You agree that FeedPulse AI and/or its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content).
7. Payment Terms
Subscription Services
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Free Trial: All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment required during the trial period.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the start of each billing period.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. All refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and contacting support to request account deletion.
Data Export & Deletion: Upon account termination, you may request a copy of your data before deletion. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except for data we are required to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., backup retention for up to 90 days).
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FeedPulse AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedPulse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Delaware, USA.
