Upload your first CSV and find your top 5 negative drivers (step-by-step)

You're 10 minutes away from seeing real AI insights on your own data. Here is how to go from "I have a spreadsheet" to "I know exactly why users are unhappy."

1. Prepare Your File

You can export data from Google Forms, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, or any other tool.

• Format: CSV or Excel.
• Questions: You need at least one question with open-ended text comments. Ideally, you also have a rating question (like 1-5 or 0-10) and a timestamp.

2. Upload & Map

1. Log in to FeedPulse AI and click "New Project".
2. Select "CSV Upload" handling.
3. Drag and drop your file.
4. Map Questions: Tell us which question holds the "Comment" and which holds the "Score."

3. View Metrics

Once the upload is done (it takes a few seconds), you'll land on the Dashboard.

• Look at the top cards.
• Did we detect NPS? CSAT? See your aggregate score immediately.

4. Find Top 5 Negative Drivers

Scroll down to the "Drivers" or "Analysis" section.

• Look for the "Weaknesses" or "Negative Drivers" list.
• Read the list: You might see something like:
  • Long Wait Time (34%)
  • Unclear Emails (18%)
  • Login Issues (12%)

This is your hit list. These are the top reasons your score isn't higher.
