Prerequisites
- A FeedPulse AI account (Free trial is fine).
- A CSV file containing feedback OR access to a Google Form.
Option A: Connect a Google Form (Recommended)
- Go to Dashboard: Click "New Project".
- Select Source: Choose "Google Forms".
- Share your form: Copy the service account email shown on screen, then open your Google Form and share it with that email as an Editor.
- Paste URL: Paste your Google Form URL (e.g.,
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/.../edit). - Verify & Connect: Click the button — we'll verify access and begin syncing.
- Map Columns: Tell us which question is the "Score" (NPS/CSAT) and which is the "Comment".
- Note: You don't need a Score column if it's just text.
- Analyze: Click "Start Analysis".
Result: In 2-3 minutes, you'll get a full dashboard. And every time someone submits a new response, it syncs automatically — no login or OAuth needed.
Option B: The CSV Upload
- Export Data: Go to SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or Qualtrics and "Export to CSV".
- Clean Headers: Ensure your first row has the question text.
- Upload: In FeedPulse, select "CSV Upload". Drag and drop your file.
- Map Columns: Select the columns containing text you want to analyze. You can select multiple text columns!
- Run: Click "Analyze".
Reading the Results
Once done, go to the "Drivers" tab. This is your gold mine. It tells you exactly what themes are driving positive or negative sentiment.
