What FeedPulse AI Actually Does

The Core Concept

FeedPulse AI is an intelligence layer that sits on top of your existing feedback channels.

We don't replace your survey tool (Google Forms, Typeform). We don't replace your support desk (Intercom, Zendesk).

We make sense of the data inside them.

How It Works

1. Ingest

You connect your data sources.

  • Files: CSV, Excel exports.
  • Integrations: Google Forms (auto-sync), Slack (#feedback channels).
  • API: Developer access for custom builds.

2. Analyze (The AI Layer)

Visual or keyword analysis isn't enough. We use LLMs (Large Language Models) to read every comment.

  • Sentiment Analysis: Is this positive, negative, or neutral?
  • Topic Modeling: What are they talking about? (Pricing, UI, Speed, Staff).
  • Driver Extraction: Why did they give that score?
  • Urgency Detection: Does this need immediate attention?

3. Report

We turn that analysis into:

  • Dashboards: Live view of NPS, CSAT, and top issues.
  • Presentations: Downloadable PowerPoint decks for your boss.
  • Alerts: Slack notifications when potential churn is detected.
