2. Primary Value (Open-Ended)
Question: "What is the most useful thing you've been able to do with [New Feature Name]?"
- Why this matters: Identifies the "aha!" moments and core value props.
3. Friction Points (Open-Ended)
Question: "What was the most difficult or confusing part of using [New Feature Name]?"
- Why this matters: Pinpoints UI/UX bugs and friction areas.
4. Missing Functionality (Open-Ended)
Question: "What is one thing that would make this feature significantly better for you?"
- Why this matters: Populates your V2 roadmap.
5. Effort (CES)
Question: "To what extent do you agree: It was easy to achieve my goal using [New Feature Name]."
- Scale: 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree)
