Scores Tab

- Distribution: See the exact count of Promoters vs. Detractors.
- Context: AI explains what this score actually means for your industry.
Questions Tab
Purpose: Analyze each survey question separately.
Useful if you asked multiple things (e.g., "How was the food?" AND "How was the service?"). You can see specific AI summaries and sentiment breakdowns for each individual question.
Response Tab
Purpose: The raw data explorer.
See every single response from every platform in one list. Use this to find specific customer quotes.
