Connecting Google Forms

1. The "Set and Forget" Setup
1Authorize & Select
Sign in with Google (granting Drive permissions) and select your form from the dropdown list.
2The Vital "Sync" Step
Once selected, you must click the Sync Responses button. This triggers the first data pull.
What happens now?
FeedPulse AI is securely reading your spreadsheet rows. Wait until you see the "Sync Successful" message before clicking Continue. This ensures your data questions are correctly mapped for AI analysis.
2. Managing Your Connection
Need to switch forms? Maybe you selected the wrong one or are starting a new campaign.
Disconnecting a Form
You have the option to Disconnect Form in the settings. However, be aware:
- Data Deletion: Disconnecting will delete all data associated with that form from FeedPulse AI.
- Fresh Start: This clean slate allows you to connect a completely different form without question conflicts.
3. The Magic of Automation

4. Adding to Existing Projects
CRITICAL: Question Matching
If your project ALREADY has data (from a CSV or previous form), the Titles of the questions in your new Google Form must EXACTLY match the Question Names in FeedPulse AI.
